I made it – level 70 in World of Warcraft!
Last night, okay really early this morning, I finally made level 70 with my Orc Hunter. This is the very first character I made on the very first day the live servers came up for World of Warcraft. She has 25 days 10 hours played.
Let the celebration commence.
Or so I thought. Turns out everyone has been waiting for me to get seventy so that we can finally start playing the “real” game. My husbands comment sums it up best:
There was much congratulating, but all of it was received in transit. My character was already whisked off to purchase her very first flying mount. Priorities! I decided on a green one since it matched her skin. Camo Windrider!
Yaay for me. I finally achieved my goal only to find out that its not really the goal, its the prerequisite to the goal. And right before the new expansion comes out which will mean more leveling.
Then again it did take me almost four years to make it too seventy (game released Nov 23, 2004, the day my green orc girl was created) so no rush to eighty. =)
