Celebrating Star Wars Day with Cookies!
To celebrate May the fourth be with you, we made Star Wars Sugar Cookies!! X-Wing, Millennium Falcon, Tie Fighter, and Death Star
And since its the cutest of the four cookie molds, here is a close up of the Death Star Cookie! (Yes I know its upside down, though an argument could be made that in space there is no right side up. =P)

Oooh I didn’t get the Bobba Fett one. Only the Marvel Heroes one. Might have to make those soon.
Yeah, sugar cookies aren’t really much of a hit over here (we are solidly a chocolate chip cookie family), but these are so darn cute I had to use them.

I got a set of both for Terry (obvious gift there) and liked them so much I got a set for myself as well :) The Vader and Storm Trooper is nice too but the Yoda is a little weird.
Hey if sugar cookies aren’t popular how about gingerbread or chocolate wafer cookies? Either of those should work well. We tried using chocolate chip cookie dough with it but it doesn’t work. Even with mini chips- there’s just too much detail and the melting chips make things blurry. Ah well!
