Link Worthy
I just recently discovered the Cake Wrecks site and its been making me giggle ever since. I know I’m a bit slow considering the site has archives back three years and has been featured on dozens of other websites. But even this delayed its well worth sharing. =D
But its even better, because the author of Cake Wrecks started another site called EPBOT.com. A fun geek (crafty) girl blog. At first I was skeptical (always am of crafty sites!), but just the other day she posted probably about the most awesome tee shirt of all time. If there was any doubt left about the site being worthy, linking this shirt instantly trampled it all to bits.
Best shirt EVAR! Only failing, no woman’s sizes!! Seriously, that was one of my favorite childhood movies of ALL time, and they cant make at least a girl shirt. Booo! /sigh
Moving right along to something quite spectacular, Old Spice Guy. The commercials are beyond hilarious. Old Spice somehow managed to not only find brilliant writers, but also got a fabulous actor who is hot (/swoon) as well as suave, cheesy, debonair, and has a voice that purrs. Of course everyone knows about this phenomenon by now. =P
The real reason for all that explaining is because there is now a new Old Spice Guy feature – Old Spice – Voice Mail Generator. Guess who answers my messages now? Oh yeah! SWAN DIVE!!

I love Cake Wrecks and just found EPBOT too! I’m loving her steampunk craft projects.

At first, I didn’t really get why people found the Old Spice commercials so funny but as they got more and more ridiculous I totally love them now. Did you see the videos where he answers questions?

We went to the Cakewrecks book tour when they got to Bethesda. Alyson was still on crutches at the time so we got extra love from the Cakewrecks couple for getting her down into the basement of Barnes & Nobel. It was pretty exciting.

Grey, those commercials are hilarious!!!! What women want. Heheheehehheheheee.
But yeah I saw the last Old Spice Guy commercial first. Was instantly hooked. Loved all the tweet response videos. Especially the back and forth with Alyssa Milano. =D
